摘要(Abstract)：

目的:对他克莫司的不良反应与防治作一综述,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索、综述国内外相关文献。结果及结论:他克莫司作为一种强效的免疫抑制剂,其治疗指数很窄、个体差异较大,故临床不良反应也较明显,其中最主要的是肾毒性和神经毒性。所以临床在使用他克莫司时应密切监测其血药浓度、血清肌酐、尿量及肝功能等指标,然后根据患者相关指标制定合理的个体化、安全化治疗方案,以降低不良反应的发生。
