质子泵抑制剂研究进展及临床应用评价Research Progress and Clinical Use of Proton Pump Inhibitors

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:评价质子泵抑制剂(PPI)的临床应用现状及药物研究进展。方法:复习相关文献,总结PPI的药物特点及临床应用的适应证、疗效及安全性。结果与结论:PPI广泛应用于酸相关疾病的治疗,对消化性溃疡、胃食管反流病及抗幽门螺杆菌治疗方面有非常好的疗效和安全性。但长期应用PPI可能影响酸相关物质如维生素C和钙离子的吸收,增加老年患者骨质疏松性骨折的风险;对细胞色素P450同工酶的竞争性抑制作用可能影响氯吡格雷的代谢,导致药物效能降低、心血管事件风险增加。临床应用PPI应注意适应证及不同PPI的特点,关注合并用药的相互作用及长期用药的不良反应,加强合理用药。
