摘要(Abstract)：

目的:糖尿病是一种内分泌-代谢综合征,治疗药物包括降糖药和抗糖尿病药,作用机制各异,而双胍类降糖药独树一帜,本文总结其优势和临床评价。方法:采用国内、外文献综述方法。结果及结论:双胍类降糖药并非刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素,不受累于胰岛功能与细胞作用,可降低糖合血红蛋白,降低血脂,减少诱发心肌梗死的风险,可作为肥胖和超重的2型糖尿病者的一线用药。
